Arrival Time
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
Cancellation
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for us to schedule other clients for their services as well. If you are unable to give us 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged 50% the cost of your scheduled services for that appointment.
